Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at haipromail@163.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions for how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, personalized products, digital products after delivery, perishable goods, personal care goods, and gift cards. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
