Shipping policy

HaiPro ships physical products to customers in the United States and selected international destinations. Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and final shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Print-on-demand products may require additional production time before shipment.

United States shipping

Some HaiPro products qualify for free standard shipping in the United States. Other products, including print-on-demand items fulfilled by partners such as Printify, may show a calculated or flat shipping rate at checkout.

Standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3-10 business days after the order is processed, depending on product type, fulfillment partner, carrier, and destination.

Product-specific international fulfillment

Some zero-inventory dropship products ship from a China-based fulfillment partner. The current Tattoo Cover Patch 6-pack is fulfilled this way.

For the Tattoo Cover Patch 6-pack, processing usually takes 1-3 days for most orders, and estimated United States delivery after processing is 7-15 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking is provided by email when available after the order ships.

International shipping, customs, and import fees

International delivery times vary by country and carrier. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or local fees charged by their country.
